COCONUT PEAT

Coco peat is made from the pith inside a coconut husk. It is naturally anti-fungal, making it an excellent choice to sow seed. It is the only natural resource that can be used as an alternate for soil. Other uses of coco peat is also used in rugs, ropes, brushes, as stuffing. Coco peat is used in modern days gardening, terrace gardens, water absorbent to retain moisture for a longer time. Its air-filled porosity and high-water holding capacity makes it, an ideal growing medium for the plant crops. It is 100% organic and eco-friendly, free from soil borne pathogen and weed.

Team Green’s Cocopeat is an excellent growing medium and it is one of the best safest media for seed germination. It improves aeration in the soil for optimal root growth while maintaining the ideal nutrient availability for plants. Better root growth results in better plant growth and higher yield. Coco peat increases the water holding capacity of the potting mix even as it increases the porosity of the soil.
